REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

The Insider offers digital products, including a free eBook on online business strategies and a paid visual audiobook. Our policy generally states that all sales of digital products are final due to the immediate nature of digital goods delivery. However, specific provisions apply to consumers within the European Union (EU), acknowledging their right to a withdrawal period under EU consumer protection laws.

2. General Final Sale Policy

For all customers, including those outside the EU, all purchases of digital products from The Insider are considered final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. The nature of digital content means returns or exchanges are generally not feasible once delivery has occurred.

3. EU Consumer Rights:

14-Day Withdrawal Period In compliance with EU consumer law, customers residing in the EU are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase, during which they can change their mind and cancel their purchase for any reason. This right applies strictly to those who have not yet downloaded or accessed the purchased digital content. ● Conditions for Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. Upon purchase, EU customers will be required to confirm their understanding that the download or access of the product starts the loss of the 14-day withdrawal period.

4. Limitation on Liability

The Insider will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages that exceed the amount paid by the customer, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
